And the title makes reference to a catch phrase from the 70’s, when France had to face a gasoline’s shortage and the government decided to introduce the daylight saving time : «En France, on n’a pas de pétrole, mais on a des idées» meaning «In France, we don’t have crude oil, but we’ve got plenty of ideas».
